This is the next version of Pugzee that will be dropping. It’s the Brandy Anderson version aka the tattoo Pugzee. The buzz on this piece has been crazy! Guaranteed to sell out really quick. I think these will be limited to 200 pieces, not sure yet, I’ll be confirming with Dave Cortes on that. Stay tuned for more info and drop date. I’ve seen it in person and it’s a great piece. Been a while since I did a music artist post. To be honest, we’ve been swamped like crazy over here. I have lots of pictures that I haven’t been able to post yet from different things we’ve done over the past few days/weeks but I promise I’ll get to them soon…tonight most likely…in the meantime, enjoy the music of this killer group – Bag Raiders. Coming from Sydney, this electro duo’s sound is pretty sick. It reminds me of JUSTICE a little bit but I still think their music is dope. Rather than agree with me, why don’t you go here and check ‘em out for yourself.

We popped in renowned toy sculptor/designer – Dave Cortes‘ studio a few days ago to film him for a video project we’re working on for our brand. We had a blast and the shoot was dope. We’re not ready to show the video yet or say what the video project is about but let’s just say, it will be nothing like you’ve ever seen before and you’ll enjoy every last second of what you’ll see. That’s all I have to say for now. However, I did take a few pics of the filming session…filmed by one of our own – Jon Blak. Enjoy the images below and stay tuned for more info about the video project. It’s going to be sick!

I found an article that was done on our toy sculptor/designer – Dave Cortes back in 2006. While Pugzee is his first designer piece, Dave’s been putting it down in the toy scene for years. Check out the article – Making Better Monsters and Their Super Rivals….image below.

Dope…he set an industry standard in toy sculpting. How sick is that?

Dave Cortes gave me an exclusive Pugzee piece and as I mentioned before, Pugzee is dope as hell. It’s not available to the public yet but will be very soon. I promised you folks some pictures and here they are…you can visit Pugzee’s website as well for more info. I’ll give you folks a heads up before Dave announces them to the public so you can pick up one first. They are all limited pieces and once they sell out, that’s it. Don’t sleep, Pugzee’s coming home!

Pugzee comes with a kangol hat, a cigar and a baseball bat..after all, he is a mafia gangster from Brooklyn…oh he also comes with his own comic book…that’s a lot of stuff and a great bang for your buck…

Pugzee will also come in different colorways and attires in the near future…see below…

These pieces will go quick…Do not sleep! They will be retailing for $29.99 so start saving up if you have to. You couldn’t pay me enough to give you my piece..trust me, people have started to ask me for it and my answer is still NO! Get yours when they go on sale…this is a collectible piece and I intend to keep mine.

PUGZEE IS COMING HOME.

Tell a friend! Tell a friend! Extra, Extra, read all about it! Pugzee is almost here. If you remember, back in October, I posted production shots of Pugzee which you can see here. Dave Cortes mentioned to me the other day that the pieces will be ready for sale within the next couple of months, which means they’ll be here before you know it. The Pugzee website is now up so you can check it out and get all the latest scoop on the gangster Pugzee. Dave gave me one of the pieces and it’s probably one of the best designer toy pieces I’ve seen to date. I’ll try to take some pictures soon to post here. The detail, workmanship and look is of the highest caliber. Pugzee comes with his own cigar, a baseball bat and a Kangol hat…that’s ill. He’ll also be coming with his own comic book and will be available in different outfits and colorways. As it gets close to the time when Pugzee will drop, we will do a Cookies -n- Cream x Pugzee t-shirt as well so look out for that. Our master toy sculptor/designer – Dave Cortes sent over some production shots of his Pugzee piece that will be dropping soon. These images are of the figure with no paint…make sure you pay attention to the level of detail shown in these pieces. The level of production is top-notch..Can’t wait to get the final piece in my hand. Also, I posted what the final piece will look once it’s finished below…Stay tuned.

P.S – Pugzee is straight out of Red Hook, Brooklyn too…How ill is that?
