We are happy to present the second mixtape from our homie Jones titled The Juice. If you’ve been following the blog, then you must have enjoyed his debut mixtape G.I Jones which I posted here and if not, give it a listen first before digging into The Juice. This second mixtape is definitely a great follow up to Jones’ debut. It shows his progression as an artist. On The Juice, Jones gets a little bit more in depth with his music – using melodies, getting more in touch with his Jamaican roots and not being afraid to experiment. It’s a more introspective body of work and is definitely more than just another rap mixtape, it’s a music mixtape. Something that pulls from different genres of music and creates an excellent piece in that process. Rather than me continue to tell you how good of a mixtape it is, dig in below and enjoy.
