STAY TRUE DVD – VOL 1 TRAILER.
If you’ve been following our brand for a while, then you’ll know that we’ve been talking about a secret video project we’ve been working on and also seen pictures from some of the shoots. Well, it’s time to let the cat out of the bag. The video project we’ve been working on is a video magazine called Stay True. Yes, it’s based on the motto of our brand – Stay True. The Stay True dvd is a video magazine about art, designer toys, music, fashion, culture and more. The DVD features video interviews with people who are staying true to themselves and doing what they love. Regardless of popular opinion or what’s “hot” at the moment, enjoying what you do is one of the most important things in life and that’s the hidden message behind our video magazine.
Volume 1 features interviews with people in various fields from music to toys to fashion to art etc. The individuals interviewed are Sket-One, Dave Cortes, Tara McPherson, KaNo, Ali Vegas, Emilio Rojas, Shinobi Ninja, Vincent Yu (My Plastic Heart), Byron Velasquez, Pesu, TooFly, Kerri (Goodwood), Jared Deal, Teddy King (King Stampede/Boundless) and Peter Kato (Art Curator).
We’re really excited about finally dropping this DVD to the public. It took a lot of work for us to be able to make this happen and we can’t wait for you folks to check it out. It’s definitely a dope DVD and things will only get bigger and better with Vol 2 and on. The DVD will be available in October 2009 and we will announce the exact date soon.
You will definitely need to get your hands on a copy of Stay True Vol. 1! The first 150 dvds sold will also come with a limited art print by Sket-One. Stay tuned for drop date!

The driving force behind our brand has always been our motto – Stay True. The lifeblood of our brand lies in those words. It is the very essence of what the Cookies -n- Cream brand is all about and has become the message we try to push forward with our brand. “Stay True” to us basically means stay true to yourself and do what you love regardless of anyone’s opinion. Be yourself and push ahead with whatever dreams or aspirations you may have. Be fearless and prepared to conquer any challenges that may/will step in your way of you achieving your goals. It’s a powerful message and we wouldn’t be where we are today without that motto. We’re presently working on a project based around that motto and while we’re not ready to reveal details about the project yet, we can show you some sketches of what our “Stay True” logo will look like for the project….Enjoy…by the way notice that we used KITO as an exclamation mark. How ill is that?
I’m super excited about the project and I can promise that it’ll be dope as hell…You can quote me on that.
