We’re excited to announce a new on going project titled Sex Toys. Sex Toys is an art project that will feature photography of nude women in poses with collectible art toys. It will be produced on an on going basis from the brand and we will also release limited items featuring photography from the project. The first shoot features our friend Tabi Love and was shot by talented photographer Chandler Easley.

In a collaboration with Argonaut Resins based on our Sneakerhead art toy, we present “The Argo Dunks”. The Argo Dunks are a set of handmade resin Sneakerhead pieces crafted by our good friend and frequent collaborator – master sculptor Eric “Nocella” Diaz (END) of Argonaut Resins. These first set of 5 Argo Dunks are: The Strawberry Dunks, The Grape Dunks, The Green Apple Dunks, The Icy Mint dunks and a very special one – The Afghan Gold Dunks. These are all exclusive pieces and each come with the regular head of the figure as well as the DIY head. The Sneakerhead figure itself has not been released to the public at large so these Argo Dunks are some of the first pieces of the figure ever to be sold. Each piece is $120 and also comes with a limited handmade custom Sneakerhead box. The set will be available for sale via our online shop this Friday – August 26th 2011.

We’re going to be dropping some resin Sneakerhead pieces in a collaboration with our friend – END of Argonaut Resins. These are called “The Argo Dunks” and will drop in sets of 5 each. Here’s a shot of the first two. Each piece will come with the regular head and D.I.Y head in the same tone, to allow you to change at will. One of the most prolific and recognizable artists alive today, Ron English has bombed the global landscape with unforgettable images, on the street, in museums, in movies, books and television.
Ron English coined the term POPaganda to describe his signature mash-up of high and low cultural touchstones, from superhero mythology to totems of art history, populated with his vast and constantly growing arsenal of original characters, including MC Supersized, the obese fast-food mascot featured in the hit movie “Supersize Me,” and Abraham Obama, the fusion of America’s 16th and 44th Presidents, an image widely discussed in the media as directly impacting the 2008 election.
Other characters carousing through English’s art, in paintings, billboards, and sculpture include three-eyed rabbits, udderly delicious cowgirls and grinning skulls, blending stunning visuals with the bitingly humorous undertones of America’s Premier Pop Iconoclast.
Each piece is numbered from 1 to 150, and has a certificate of authenticity.
