WEALTH IS OF THE MIND.

In addition to all our other influences, another thing we’ve always believed in is READING…yes, slackers – actually picking up a book to read. I’ve done a couple of posts in the past with some book recommendations but I fell off due to how busy we’ve been. Well I’m back, and this time, I’m throwing a nice little jewel of a book your way. Also with the current state of our economy and financial markets, I think this book is something we can all use. The name of the book is “The Richest Man in Babylon” and it’s by George S. Clason. It’s a popular book that talks about wealth using really interesting stories that are set in ancient Babylon. It’s simple, interesting to read and uses a very effective approach on an age old topic…trust me, this is not your typical “get wealthy now” book, plus it’s inexpensive ($7) and a really short read. Pick it up and I promise that you will not be disappointed. Don’t forget who mentioned this book to you when your pockets get fat…
